A Delicious Family Favorite Hamburger And Potato Casserole

Here's a delicious family favorite hamburger and potato casserole! It's a recipe that I think you'll just love….we thought this was SO good!

I remember when we were growing up as kids having a similar dish made for us and it was like a hamburger helper potato stroganoff. The best part about it was that was a really simple dish to make ,and of course all the kids' loved it.

This dish, pretty much ,took us all back to our childhood, and when it comes to dinner casserole recipes, there's pretty much nothing better than meat and potatoes.

You may find a few versions like this on the internet but it's pretty much one that can be easily adapted to your own liking.

With this simple recipe for Ground Beef and Potato, you get everything you love, right in one dish!

It is a wonderfully easy, cheap and affordable casserole to put together, but most of all you'll love the taste!

Firstly, here are the ingredients that you will need. You might already have some of these in your pantry!

1 lb. lean ground beef
3 cups thinly sliced potatoes (either peeled or with thin skins)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

With regards to your thinly sliced potatoes, it won't matter too much if they're peeled or with thin skins. Both ways work nicely!

Have you got all those ingredients ready yet?
