Here’s a wonderfully delicious seafood recipe. Pan fried scallops in a Cajun mustard cream sauce.
We’ve tried this a couple of times and just LOVE it! It’s ideal as a starter or as a light meal.
It’s a really easy and quick dish, and the flavors to this are superb!
I also love to add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce, but that is entirely optional. Either way it tastes great!
